An animal and pet insurer, with one of the longest history in the Nordic market, was set out on a mission to improve and automate their business processes. With a legacy system not equipped to today´s standard, Insicon i2i was chosen for migrating their entire line of business consisting of 100 000 customers.
With the aim set to improve and automate business processes in especially the complex claims processes of animal insurance, i2i´s broad functionality and high flexibility proved vital in putting the aims into reality. With the last years heavy growth of the pet market the timing could not have been better being been prepared with efficient processes and a scalable insurance core system meeting the digital demands of today´s customer. Today the company is collaborating with niched animal Insurtech players further enhancing their digitalisation journey by nurturing the open architecture of Insicon i2i.
